Automation

Tell us what your team does twice. We'll automate the second time.

Workflow automation, AI phone and chat agents, billing pipelines, CRM sync and internal tools. We watch the process first, build only what removes real work, then keep it running when the APIs change underneath it.

Six services

The frequent, rule-based and boring.

If a job happens every day, follows the same rules and nobody enjoys it, it's a fit. If it needs judgement every time, we'll tell you so rather than build something you'll fight with. Each one has its own page.

Billing & invoicing

Sheets, a CRM or a store feeding Stripe, with the duplicate-record and race-condition problems handled up front instead of discovered on the third invoice run.

  • Google Sheets

AI phone & chat agents

Inbound calls and website chat handled by an agent that knows your business, books the appointment or answers the question, and updates the record afterwards. Not a menu nobody finishes.

  • OpenAI
  • Vector store / RAG

Lead routing & CRM sync

A form on the site, a tag in the dialer, a Meta lead ad or a DM becomes a record in the right board with the right owner, the moment it happens. No screenshots forwarded to sales.

Databases & internal tools

Airtable databases, pricing systems and client-facing portals on Softr. Schemas designed for the data that actually arrives, with permissions built into the structure rather than bolted on.

  • Formula fields

Data cleanup & migration

Records moved from the old system to the new one, deduplicated and normalised on the way, so the new system starts clean instead of inheriting five years of inconsistent entries.

  • Google Sheets

Store & marketing integrations

Shopify, Etsy or Amazon orders flowing into invoicing, fulfilment, Klaviyo and Slack. If we built the store too, both sides are designed together. If you already have one, we connect to it.

What changes

The same business, one build later.

Before

  • Orders in one tab, invoices in another, and a spreadsheet keeping score
  • Leads sorted by hand, usually a day late
  • Calls missed after hours, or answered by a menu nobody finishes
  • The same customer details typed into three systems
  • Someone reconciling billing every Friday night

After

  • An order creates the invoice, charges the card, and files itself
  • Leads route themselves to the right board the moment a tag changes
  • Calls answered in two seconds, day or night, with the record updated after
  • Details entered once, everywhere they're needed
  • Friday nights back

How it goes

Four steps, about two weeks for a single workflow.

Step 01

We watch you work

A free 30-minute call where you walk us through the job that annoys you most. We come back with what's automatable, what isn't, and what it's worth.

Step 02

Draw it before building it

Every trigger, every branch, every thing that could go wrong at 2am. You approve the map. No surprises on the invoice.

Step 03

Built, then broken on purpose

We build it, then try to break it: duplicate triggers, bad data, half-filled forms. The edge cases are the job.

Step 04

We keep watching it

Handover with documentation, or we run and monitor it for you. Automations drift when APIs change. Someone should be watching.

Automation work

Built, and what broke while we built it.

Wright Source Group

Invoices that stopped duplicating themselves

The original setup broke under real conditions: mismatched field types, a Stripe search API that wouldn't reliably match existing products, and duplicate records on every repeat run. We rebuilt the scenario architecture and combined product and price creation into a single atomic call, so each line resolves to one correct Stripe object even when triggers overlap.

  • Google Sheets
A Make.com scenario named Billing Formatter Watch, branching across routers into Google Sheets and Stripe HTTP calls.
