Automation

Quote to invoice to payment, with nobody typing.

Sheets, a CRM or a store feeding Stripe, with the duplicate-record and race-condition problems handled up front instead of discovered on the third invoice run.

  • Stripe API
  • Make.com
  • Google Sheets
  • Airtable
  • QuickBooks

What we do

Billing & invoicing automation, in three parts.

Invoice generation

Billing data in a sheet, CRM or store becomes a Stripe invoice the moment it's ready. Line items resolve to one correct product and price object, even when triggers overlap.

Payment capture and reconciliation

Cards charged, receipts sent, the record marked paid and the ledger updated. Failed payments retried and flagged rather than silently dropped.

Recurring and usage billing

Subscriptions, retainers and metered usage billed on schedule, with proration and plan changes handled by the pipeline rather than by someone remembering.

A good fit if

  • You invoice more than a handful of clients a week
  • Someone reconciles billing by hand at the end of the week or month
  • Duplicate or missed invoices have happened at least once

What you get

  • A documented map of the billing flow before anything is built
  • Idempotent runs: the same trigger twice produces one invoice, not two
  • Error handling and alerts for the cases that show up at 2am

Wright Source Group

Invoices that stopped duplicating themselves

Mismatched field types, a Stripe search API that wouldn't reliably match existing products, and duplicate records on every repeat run. We rebuilt the scenario and combined product and price creation into one atomic call.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Do you work with QuickBooks or Xero instead of Stripe?

Yes. Stripe is where most of our billing work has been, but the same approach applies to any system with an API. We scope the connector at the map stage.

What happens if Stripe changes its API?

Automations drift. That's the argument for a monitoring retainer. If you'd rather run it in-house, we hand over documentation good enough for your team to fix it.

How long does it take?

A single billing pipeline is usually one to two weeks from the audit call. We give you a date at the map stage, before you commit.
