About
We build the systems. Then we run them, so you don't have to hire for it.
OracleeSync is a twelve-person automation and CRM team working across five countries. We build systems that take manual work out of business operations — lead routing, billing, customer interaction — and then connect the pieces so they behave like one thing rather than six.

Who you're actually talking to
Twelve people, five countries, no account manager in between.
OracleeSync is led by Oluwatobiloba Hezekiah Ojo, who has spent six years building automation systems and more than eight working with Shopify brands and Amazon sellers. He still scopes the builds himself.
Behind him are eleven specialists — twelve of us in total — spread across each of the five services rather than pooled into one. The team works from the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Cameroon, Pakistan and the United States, which is the practical reason we can book a call in your working hours instead of asking you to take one in ours.
Our work spans automation and CRM, AI voice systems, database architecture and e-commerce. In practice that means we've spent as much time inside Stripe's API responses and Airtable schemas as we have inside a Shopify theme — which is what makes connecting them possible at all.
Most of what we're hired for starts the same way: someone describes a task their team repeats, and it turns out four other things touch it.
Background
Four areas, one habit: connect the thing to the next thing.
Automation & CRM
Billing, routing, and the boring middle
End-to-end billing automation connecting Google Sheets to Stripe, including the atomic API call that stopped duplicate products appearing on every run. Lead categorisation syncing Mojo Dialer tags into Monday.com through Zapier, which removed manual sorting altogether.
AI voice systems
Phone agents that don't sound like a menu
GoHighLevel Voice AI agents across nine industry verticals, with OpenAI vector store knowledge bases structured for retrieval. Response times cut from 14 seconds to two by moving off the Assistants API onto Chat Completion.
Database architecture
Schemas that survive contact with real data
Complex Airtable systems, including a 10-table pricing database of 456+ records for UGS Glass, and a full Airtable and Softr booking platform for Tour Africa Network with operator confidentiality designed into the schema rather than bolted on.
E-commerce & lifecycle
Stores run, not just launched
Shopify builds, redesigns and ongoing management for Official Athena, Spectechular, EleasAttire, Celebrity Cat Shop and a chocolate detox dog brand. Amazon listing optimisation, plus Klaviyo lifecycle and retention work and GetResponse landing page systems for webinar funnels.
The team
Twelve people, one per service and then some.
Eleven specialists plus the founder. Each of the five services has people assigned to it rather than one generalist stretched across all of them, which is the difference between a team that can run five things and a person who can list five things.
People in total, across every service line.
Countries: United Kingdom, Nigeria, Cameroon, Pakistan and the United States.

Why the spread matters to you
Between London, Lagos, Douala, Karachi and New Mexico there is nearly always someone awake. An automation that breaks at 2am your time breaks during someone's working day, and the office address in Carlsbad means there's a US number to call rather than only an inbox.
What it doesn't mean
You won't be handed to a rotating pool. One person owns your account and stays on it. The distributed team is there for coverage and specialism, not so your context gets re-explained every week.
The stack
What we work in.
Tools are chosen per project. This is what we already know well enough to debug at speed.

How we talk about work
The name says oracle. The writing never does.
Four rules: say the outcome, not the stack. Use plain verbs. Show the before and the after. Never promise magic. If a proposal from us reads like the left column, hold us to it.
What you'll never get from us
What you'll get instead
Leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions to transform your digital presence.
Your orders, emails and support tickets in one place. Set up in two weeks.
We are passionate about empowering businesses to unlock their potential.
We build the systems. Then we run them, so you don't have to hire for it.
Seamless, end-to-end, best-in-class omnichannel synergy.
One store, one inbox, one calendar. They talk to each other.
Let us take your brand to the next level!
Tell us what your team does twice. We'll automate the second time.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
One
Map before build
Nothing gets built until the process is drawn and you've agreed it's right. Most automation failures are scoping failures.
Two
Your accounts, your keys
Builds live on your subscriptions under your logins. If we part ways, everything keeps running exactly where it is.
Three
Edge cases are the job
Duplicate triggers, bad data, half-filled forms, overlapping runs. The happy path takes an afternoon; the rest is the work.
Four
We'll say no
If a job needs human judgement every time, automating it makes things worse. We'd rather lose the line item than build that.
