Taking new projects

Book a free audit.

Thirty minutes on the job your team does twice. We come back with what's automatable, what isn't, and roughly what it's worth doing. You get that in writing whether or not you hire us.

The more specific this is, the more useful the audit will be.

We reply within one working day.

Before the call

Worth knowing.

Is the audit actually free?

Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. You get a written answer on what's worth automating in your setup. If the honest answer is that you don't need us for it, that's what we'll say.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. A rough description of the task, who does it, how often, and which tools it touches. If you can screen-share the process during the call, better still — watching it is faster than describing it.

We're not sure automation is even the answer.

That's a fine reason to book. A good portion of what we look at turns out to be a process problem rather than a tooling one, and fixing the process is cheaper than automating a bad version of it.

Do you take small projects?

Yes. A single workflow that saves someone an hour a day is a perfectly good first project, and it's usually how the longer relationships start.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

Most of our clients are in a different timezone to us, and it hasn't been a problem. We work asynchronously by default and book calls in your working hours.
