UGS Glass
A pricing database structured from scratch
A 10-table Airtable pricing system of 456+ records, built from scattered source data into one structure. Linked records and formula fields carry the pricing logic.
Records moved from the old system to the new one, deduplicated and normalised on the way, so the new system starts clean instead of inheriting five years of inconsistent entries.
What we do
We look at what's actually in the data, not what the field names promise, and map every field to its destination before moving anything.
Duplicates merged, formats standardised, dead records archived, phone numbers and addresses normalised. Done in bulk with rules, then reviewed by a person.
Moved in batches with counts checked at each step, then a reconciliation report showing what went where and what needed a decision.

Before you ask
Nothing is deleted from the source until you've signed off on the destination. Records that can't be mapped cleanly are listed for a decision rather than silently dropped.
It depends on volume and how messy the source is. The audit gives you a number of records, an estimate of cleanup effort and a date.
Yes, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy and Amazon catalogues. That work usually pairs with a store rebuild on the e-commerce side.
