Taking new projects

Book a free call.

Thirty minutes on the job your team does twice, or on the store that should be selling more. We come back with what's worth doing and roughly what it costs, in writing, whether or not you hire us.

The more specific this is, the more useful the call will be.

We reply within one working day.

Before the call

Worth knowing.

Is the call actually free?

Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. You get a written answer on what's worth doing in your setup. If the honest answer is that you don't need us for it, that's what we'll say.

What should I have ready for an automation audit?

Nothing formal. A rough description of the task, who does it, how often, and which tools it touches. If you can screen-share the process during the call, better still. Watching it is faster than describing it.

What should I have ready for a store or listing review?

The store URL or Amazon ASIN if it exists, and collaborator access if you're comfortable giving it before the call so we can look at the numbers. If there's no store yet, the product, the niche and any brand material you have.

Do you take small projects?

Yes. A single workflow that saves someone an hour a day, or a product page rewrite on one collection, is a perfectly good first project. It's usually how the longer relationships start.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

Most of our clients are in a different timezone to us, and it hasn't been a problem. We work asynchronously by default and book calls in your working hours.
