Services
Five services, in the order a business meets them.
Sold separately, run together. The order below isn't a menu ranking, it's the sequence most businesses actually move through: fix the manual work, fix the front door, sell more through it, get people to it, then bring them back.
01 — Automate
AI automation
Workflow agents, internal tools, chat and voice support, data cleanup — anything the team currently does by hand at 11pm.
We start by watching the process, not by picking a tool. Half of what people ask us to automate turns out to be three steps that should have been one. We fix that first, then build.
- Make.com
- n8n
- Zapier
- GoHighLevel
- OpenAI
- Stripe API
- Airtable
What we build
Billing and invoicing pipelines. Lead routing and CRM sync. AI phone and chat agents with a real knowledge base behind them. Database and back-office builds in Airtable. Data cleanup and migration between systems that were never meant to talk.
What you get
A documented map of the workflow before anything is built, the working automation, and error handling for the cases that only show up at 2am. Handover with documentation, or we keep running it.
A fair warning
Automation is worth it when a task is frequent, rule-based and boring. If a job needs judgement every time, we'll tell you it isn't a fit rather than build something you'll fight with.
02 — Build
Websites
Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or coded from scratch.
The platform gets chosen for your budget and for whoever has to update the thing on a Tuesday afternoon. A custom build is the right answer less often than agencies pretend.
- Shopify
- WordPress
- Wix
- Squarespace
- Softr
- Custom HTML/CSS
What we build
New sites and full redesigns. Theme customisation down to the CSS. Client-facing portals and booking platforms on Softr and Airtable. Product catalogue setup and migration.
What you get
A site that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and that your team can edit without calling us. We hand over the logins and show you how it works.
Recently
A tour booking platform on Airtable and Softr, with operator confidentiality built into the schema so travellers see availability without seeing the operator's margins.
03 — Sell
E-commerce & growth
Storefronts, product pages, checkout, paid campaigns, and the conversion work that makes the traffic worth buying.
Including Amazon, where the marketplace has its own rules about titles, bullets and images, and where a good product with a bad listing simply doesn't get found.
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central
- Meta Ads
- CRO
What we do
Storefront management and optimisation. Amazon listing creation and rewrites — titles, bullets, descriptions, images. Paid campaigns on Meta. Ongoing conversion work on the pages that already get traffic.
What you get
Someone who checks the numbers weekly and acts on them, rather than a report you have to interpret yourself. We work across very different catalogues: organic products and consumer tech in the same account, each written for its own buyer.
Track record
A Shopify store held above $10K a month. A bag brand at six figures a year. Both through steady management rather than one good quarter.
04 — Reach
Social media management
Calendars, content, publishing and community, on the channels that suit the business.
We'd rather run two channels properly than five badly. Which two depends on where your buyers already are, not on which platform had a good year.
- Content calendars
- Scheduling
- Community
- Meta
What we do
A monthly calendar you approve in one sitting. Content produced to your brand, not to a template. Scheduling and publishing. Replies and community management so comments don't sit unanswered for a week.
What you get
A channel that publishes on schedule whether or not anyone on your team remembered. Reporting on what people actually responded to, so the next month is better than the last.
05 — Return
Email marketing
Lists, flows, campaigns and lifecycle sequences that bring buyers back without discounting every time.
Email is the only channel you own. It's also the one most stores set up once and never touch again, which is why the flows are usually where the fastest money is.
- Klaviyo
- GetResponse
- Lifecycle flows
- Landing pages
What we build
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows. Campaign calendars. Segmentation that goes further than "opened in the last 90 days". Landing page systems for webinar and event funnels.
What you get
Flows that run without you, and a plain answer each month on what they earned. If a sequence isn't paying for itself we turn it off rather than defend it.
The through-line
Every pillar connects to the next.
That's the pitch, and it's the reason the mark is a single unbroken line. A storefront that doesn't tell the CRM about a sale is two systems. A storefront that does is one.
Automate → Sell
An order creates the invoice, charges the card, updates the sheet, and files the record. Nobody retypes anything.
Build → Return
A site that captures the email properly is the difference between a visitor and a list. The flows only work if the form does.
Reach → Automate
A comment or a DM becomes a lead in the CRM, tagged and routed, instead of a screenshot someone sends the sales team.
Before you ask
The questions that come up on every first call.
Do we have to buy all five?
No. Most clients start with one — usually Automate, because that's where the pain is — and add the next when the first has paid for itself. Nothing here is bundled.
How long does a build take?
A single automation is usually one to two weeks from the audit call. A website depends on the platform and how ready your content is. A full storefront build with catalogue setup is longer. We give you a date at the map stage, before you commit.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope, and we won't invent a number before we've seen the process. The audit is free and ends with a written answer on what's worth doing and roughly what it runs to. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, that's what you'll get.
Who owns the accounts and the automations?
You do. Builds go in your accounts, on your subscriptions, under your logins. If you stop working with us, everything stays where it is and keeps running.
What happens when an API changes and something breaks?
Automations drift — platforms update, fields get renamed, rate limits change. That's the argument for a monitoring retainer. If you'd rather run it in-house, we hand over documentation good enough for your own team to fix it.
Do you work with businesses outside your timezone?
Yes. Most of our clients are. We work asynchronously by default and book calls in your working hours, not ours.
Not sure which of the five you need?
That's what the audit is for. Thirty minutes on the job your team does twice, and a written answer on what's worth automating — whether or not you hire us.
