One order, six systems, nobody typing
Order placed in Shopify, invoice created and payment captured in Stripe, record filed in Airtable, follow-up sent by Klaviyo, team notified in Slack. Elapsed time about four seconds.
Shopify, Etsy or Amazon orders flowing into invoicing, fulfilment, Klaviyo and Slack. If we built the store too, both sides are designed together. If you already have one, we connect to it.
What we do
An order creates the invoice, tells the warehouse or supplier, updates stock across channels and notifies the team. Refunds and cancellations reverse the same steps.
Purchases, abandoned carts and browse events passed correctly to Klaviyo and Meta, so flows fire on time and ads optimise on real conversions.
Inventory and pricing kept consistent between Shopify, Etsy and Amazon so you don't oversell on one channel because a sale happened on another.

Before you ask
If it has an API or a Zapier/Make connector, we can usually work with it. We confirm at the audit stage.
Yes. Amazon's SP-API gives us orders, inventory and settlement data, which can feed accounting, stock and reporting.
No. The e-commerce services build and grow the store. This connects the store to everything else. They're designed to work together.
Thirty minutes on the job, the store or the listing. You get a written answer on what's worth doing, whether or not you hire us.
